Welcome to our Zumba classes and to our loving Z Dance Besties. If you haven't heard about Zumba, you must have been living on another planet (they might have a different name for it there Lol). Zumba IS FOR EVERYONE and it's wonderful to see so many people Zumbering about, a real dose of happiness! I have been teaching for a decade now and it's beautiful to see my growing Z community with Z friends improving their physical, mental and emotional health as well as making a real long term friendship in a very supportive and caring community. Let's make this community even bigger & stronger...and let's keeeeep dancing!

To help you find the right level for you, I teach Medium and Low Impact Zumba classes and I always encourage my beauties to listen to their body and modify when needed. I hope you are able to join our classes in many different locations around Larkfield, West & East Malling and Offham Village.

There are also other options for you to dance with me if you can't get to class or online and you prefer to dance in your own time, a couple of online videos have been made for you which you can purchase and use at home in your pace. I hereby REPRESENT and WARRANT to The Instructor Farah Miri, Zumba and The Facility, that I am physically capable of participating in Zumba without injury, that I have had a recent medical examination within the recommended time limit for my age group, and that I am not aware of any physical illness or condition that could increase my risk of injury during such participation. 2. I recognise that there are risks of injury associated with participation in Zumba classes for individuals who elect to participate without appropriate shoes, or are of an age or physical condition that make illness, injury or death as a result of participation more likely. 3. I am aware of the risks inherent in any group fitness exercise program, including but not limited to severe personal injury and death. I understand that through my participation in Zumba classes I am subject to possible injury and death, and also understand that by my participation, I accept the risk of possible injury and death. 4. In order to participate in Zumba, I hereby WAIVE AND RELEASE The Instructor Farah Miri, Zumba and The Facility from any and all claims, costs, liabilities, expenses or judgments, including but not limited to lawyers' fees and court costs (collectively "Claims") arising out of my participation in Zumba and use of The Facility for Zumba. I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Instructor Farah Miri, Zumba and The Facility from and against any and all such Claims. 5. I hereby voluntarily execute and deliver this WAIVER AND RELEASE so that I may participate in Zumba classes at The Facility. I understand that there are risks of injury involved in participating in aerobic exercise and I voluntarily assume such risks. 6. I attest that I am physically fit to participate in the group fitness program. I attest that I am 18 years old or older. ____________________________________
