She Who Remembers

A retreat for women standing at a threshold

A Deep Reckoning
A Conscious Ending
A Deliberate Crossing

What if nothing about you has been lost… only quieted?
There are moments in a woman’s life when something older begins to stir beneath the noise of roles, responsibilities, and identities. Not as a problem to solve, but as a quiet knowing. A sense that something essential is asking to be acknowledged rather than improved.
These moments often arrive during times of transition, a change in rhythm, a shift in direction, a crossing between seasons of life. What once guided you no longer quite fits. What comes next may not yet be fully formed.

She Who Remembers is a carefully held weekend retreat devoted to reckoning with what is true, consciously ending what is complete, and deliberately crossing into the next phase of your life.

This is a space for women who sense that a chapter is quietly completing, even if they have not yet named it out loud.
The weekend is not only about remembering what has been lived. It is about allowing an honest reckoning, acknowledging what has run its course, and marking that threshold with clarity and responsibility. You are invited to stand at this edge, to meet what is ready to be released, to recognise what you are no longer available for, and to cross forward not as a dramatic reinvention, but as a grounded act of authorship.
Here, you are held in a clear and respectful container that honours what you have carried and supports you in consciously shaping the agreement you now choose to live by.
Dates: 19–21 June 2026 (Summer Solstice)
Held in exclusively private site in nature, in Kent
Small, intimate gathering with limited places
Further details will be shared upon booking to preserve the integrity of the space
Runes With Crystals
You may have walked a long inner path already. You may be sensitive, perceptive, deeply feeling and still, there can be a quiet sense of disconnection. Just a subtle knowing that something essential has gone quiet. This is not a retreat to fix you or to become someone new. It is a space to remember what is already in you, to recognise what has reached completion, and to consciously choose how you carry yourself forward.

Who is this for?

This retreat is for women who can sense that something is shifting, even if the details are not yet fully formed. You may feel restless, tender, or aware that a familiar way of living, giving, or holding yourself is no longer sustainable.

You do not need to have everything figured out.
But you do need to recognise that something in your life is coming to completion.

This space is for women who are already self-aware, reflective, and responsible for their own lives, and who feel ready to pause long enough to acknowledge what is ending rather than rushing toward the next solution.

A quiet inner pull is enough. It does not need to be justified.

This retreat suits women who value depth, honesty, and mature connection. Women who want to be held without being managed. Women who are no longer looking to be fixed, rescued, or told who to become.

It is for women willing to arrive without needing answers, advice, or reassurance and who are open to meeting themselves, and others, with humility, presence, and respect.

Who is this not for?

This retreat is not designed for everyone, and that is intentional.

It may not be a good fit for those seeking constant stimulation, a tightly packed itinerary, or a drop-in experience without shared presence and commitment.

It is also not for those looking for quick fixes, dramatic breakthroughs, or externally driven transformation. This space does not exist to impress, entertain, or provide instant answers.

She Who Remembers is not a step on a spiritual treadmill, nor a place to collect experiences or reinforce a sense of being ahead of others.

If accumulation, validation, or comparison is what is being sought, this may not be the right space.

If simplicity, sincerity, and depth feel resonant, you may feel quietly at home here.

If something in you has softened as you read this,
if your body feels quieter rather than more excited, if you sense a simple yes without needing to explain why, you are warmly invited.

The way we gather

This retreat is held as a shared, intentional container.
The weekend unfolds as a coherent journey, with a clear beginning, middle, and completion.

Movement, rhythm, ceremony, silence, and presence are woven throughout the days as supportive practices. They are used not to perform or express for expression’s sake, but to help the body release resistance and to ground what is being recognised and chosen.

Practices are embodied and experiential. Some are guided, others invite quiet listening and organic response. Movement plays an important role, offering the body a way to participate in the threshold alongside the mind and heart.

There is both structure and spaciousness, time to be together, and time to be with yourself. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is forced.

The intention is not to manufacture insight or outcome, but to create the conditions in which clarity, completion, and remembering can arise naturally.

This is not a space for public storytelling, content creation, or sharing beyond the group. What is named and witnessed here is held with discretion and respect.

The weekend is alcohol and substance free.

Lineage, respect & integrity

The practices woven through this weekend draw from ancient ways of gathering that have existed across many cultures and times.

Some arise from embodied lineages I have trained in and walked with over many years. Others have been shared and passed down through mentors and teachers whose wisdom I hold with deep respect.

These ways of working are rooted in relationship with the body, rhythm, sound, symbolic practice, and the living intelligence of the land, not as techniques to apply, but as pathways for listening, remembering, and marking life transitions.

All practices are offered with humility and care. They are not performed, replicated, or claimed as identities, but held as living traditions that are respected rather than imitated.

What is shared, witnessed, or experienced within the circle is held with discretion and integrity.

Hi, I’m Farah.

I hold this retreat because I know what it is to reach a point where something within is asking to be acknowledged, not fixed, not improved, but clearly seen. A moment when a way of living, giving, or carrying responsibility has reached its natural end, even if the next chapter has not yet fully formed.

Much of my work centres on helping women recognise where they are on the map of their lives, to name what is complete, and to meet that moment with honesty rather than urgency.

I am not here to tell you who to become or to lead you toward an ideal version of yourself.
What I offer is steady, attentive guidance at the threshold, listening carefully, reflecting what is already true, and creating the conditions in which you can consciously acknowledge what you are no longer available for.

What follows belongs to you. The decisions you make, the direction you take, and the path you shape are your own. This space exists to help you meet that responsibility with clarity rather than confusion.

If something in this feels familiar rather than impressive, if it speaks to a moment you are already touching, you may recognise that this is the right time to gather. I’m here. You’re welcome to meet me.
