She Who Remembers

A retreat for women who can feel something shifting

A gentle return
An honest recognition
A natural shift forward

What if nothing about you has been lost… only quieted?
There are moments in a woman’s life when something begins to shift beneath everything she has been holding together. Not as a problem to solve or something that needs fixing, simply as a quiet knowing. A sense that something is changing, even if it hasn’t fully revealed itself yet.
You may feel it in small ways. What used to fit no longer lands in the same way. Your energy responds differently. Your tolerance shifts. Things that once felt natural begin to feel heavier, even if your life still looks the same on the outside. This isn’t something to force or figure out. It’s something to recognise and to witness truthfully.
She Who Remembers is a weekend retreat for women who can feel that something is shifting and want the space to be with that, without needing to turn it into a process or an outcome.

It’s not a place where you come to fix yourself or find all the answers. It’s a space where you don’t have to hold it all together for a few days. Where you can move, sit, reflect, and simply be in it with other women who understand that something is changing, even if they don’t have the full language for it yet.

There will be moments where something lands deeply, where you recognise something about yourself in a way that feels clear and honest. And there will also be moments that are light, where you’re laughing, moving your body, sharing good food, and enjoying being in good company without needing to make it mean anything. Both are part of it. You won’t be asked to open up beyond what feels right for you. You won’t be pushed into anything. You can come exactly as you are and meet the space in your own way, and that is enough.

The women who gather bring that energy with them. There is depth, honesty, and also warmth, humour, and a way of being together that feels natural and unforced. Some may know each other, some may not, but what matters is how each woman meets the space, not how long she has been part of it.
This is why the group is kept small and intentionally held to allow something real to unfold.
You don’t come to leave as a different person. You come to spend time with who you actually are now, without needing to explain it or change it. And sometimes, that is enough for something to move.
Dates: 19–21 June 2026 (Summer Solstice)
Held in exclusively private site in nature, in Kent
Small, intimate gathering with limited places
Further details will be shared upon booking to preserve the integrity of the space
Runes With Crystals
You may have already walked a deep path in your own way. You may be perceptive, sensitive, aware of what is happening around you and within you, and still find yourself in moments where something feels slightly out of reach, not lost, but not quite where it used to be either.
This isn’t a retreat to fix you or to turn you into someone new. It’s a space to reconnect with what is already there, to notice what no longer holds in the same way, and to spend time with yourself without needing to define or resolve anything too quickly.
There is room here to be exactly where you are, and to let things unfold from that place.

Who is this for?

This retreat is for women who can feel that something is shifting, even if they don’t yet have the words for it.

You may notice it in small ways. A restlessness, a tenderness, a quiet awareness that something in the way you’ve been living or holding yourself is no longer landing in the same way. Not dramatically, not urgently, but enough that you can’t quite ignore it.

You don’t need to have everything figured out.

You don’t need to arrive with answers, or even a clear intention.

A simple sense that you’d like to step out of your usual rhythm, spend time in a different kind of space, and see what becomes clearer from there is enough.

This space tends to draw women who are naturally reflective, aware, and comfortable taking responsibility for their own lives, but who don’t feel the need to turn everything into a process or a solution.

Women who appreciate both depth and lightness. Who can sit in an honest moment and also laugh easily. Who value real connection without pressure to perform, explain, or be anything other than where they are.

Some may be at a clear turning point. Others may simply feel curious, drawn, or in need of a pause. Both belong here.

Who is this not for?

This retreat isn’t designed for everyone, and that’s intentional.

It may not be the right fit if you’re looking for a fast-paced weekend, a tightly structured itinerary, or something that keeps you constantly occupied. The rhythm here is slower, more spacious, and shared in a way that asks for presence rather than performance.

It’s also not a space for quick fixes or dramatic, externally driven transformation. Nothing here is designed to push you toward a breakthrough or to give you answers you’re not already beginning to sense for yourself.

There’s no pressure to become anything, prove anything, or leave with something impressive to show.

If what you’re looking for is stimulation, distraction, or a clearly defined outcome, this may not meet you in the way you expect.

But if something in you is drawn to simplicity, sincerity, and being in a space where you can just be without needing to perform or resolve everything, you may find this weekend lands in a very different way.

If something in you has softened as you read this,
if your body feels quieter rather than more excited, if you sense a simple yes without needing to explain why, you are warmly invited.

The way we gather

This retreat is held as a shared, intentional container.
The weekend unfolds as a coherent journey, with a clear beginning, middle, and completion.

Movement, rhythm, ceremony, silence, and presence are woven throughout the days as supportive practices. They are used not to perform or express for expression’s sake, but to help the body release resistance and to ground what is being recognised and chosen.

Practices are embodied and experiential. Some are guided, others invite quiet listening and organic response. Movement plays an important role, offering the body a way to participate in the threshold alongside the mind and heart.

There is both structure and spaciousness, time to be together, and time to be with yourself. Nothing is rushed, and nothing is forced.

The intention is not to manufacture insight or outcome, but to create the conditions in which clarity, completion, and remembering can arise naturally.

This is not a space for public storytelling, content creation, or sharing beyond the group. What is named and witnessed here is held with discretion and respect.

The weekend is alcohol and substance free.

Lineage, respect & integrity

The practices woven through this weekend draw from ancient ways of gathering that have existed across many cultures and times.

Some arise from embodied lineages I have trained in and walked with over many years. Others have been shared and passed down through mentors and teachers whose wisdom I hold with deep respect.

These ways of working are rooted in relationship with the body, rhythm, sound, symbolic practice, and the living intelligence of the land, not as techniques to apply, but as pathways for listening, remembering, and marking life transitions.

All practices are offered with humility and care. They are not performed, replicated, or claimed as identities, but held as living traditions that are respected rather than imitated.

What is shared, witnessed, or experienced within the circle is held with discretion and integrity.

Hi, I’m Farah.

I hold this retreat because I know what it is to reach a point where something within is asking to be acknowledged, not fixed, not improved, but clearly seen. A moment when a way of living, giving, or carrying responsibility has reached its natural end, even if the next chapter has not yet fully formed.

Much of my work centres on helping women recognise where they are on the map of their lives, to name what is complete, and to meet that moment with honesty rather than urgency.

I am not here to tell you who to become or to lead you toward an ideal version of yourself.
What I offer is steady, attentive guidance at the threshold, listening carefully, reflecting what is already true, and creating the conditions in which you can consciously acknowledge what you are no longer available for.

What follows belongs to you. The decisions you make, the direction you take, and the path you shape are your own. This space exists to help you meet that responsibility with clarity rather than confusion.

If something in this feels familiar rather than impressive, if it speaks to a moment you are already touching, you may recognise that this is the right time to gather. I’m here. You’re welcome to meet me.
