She Who Remembers
A Retrieval of Ancient Knowing
An invitation only weekend retreat for women standing at a threshold
What if nothing about you has been lost… only quieted?
There are moments in a woman’s life when something older begins to stir beneath the noise of roles, responsibilities and identities. Not as a problem to solve, but as a remembering. A sense that something essential is asking to be listened to again. This often arrives during times of transition, a change in rhythm or direction, a crossing between seasons of life. A feeling that what once guided no longer quite fits and what comes next cannot yet be named.
She Who Remembers is a carefully held weekend retreat devoted to the retrieval of ancient knowing, the wisdom held in the body, in rhythm, in presence and in shared ritual. This gathering is for women who sense they are standing at a threshold and cannot name what's changing. An invitation to lean inward to hear what has been there all along.
Dates: 19–21 June 2026 (Summer Solstice)
Held in exclusively private site in nature, in Kent
Small, intimate gathering with limited places
Further details will be shared upon booking to preserve the integrity of the space

You may have walked a long inner path already. You may be sensitive, perceptive, deeply feeling and still, there can be a quiet sense of disconnection. Just a subtle knowing that something essential has gone quiet. This is not a retreat to fix you or to become something new, it is a space to remember what's already in you!

Who is this for?
This retreat is for women who can sense that something is shifting, even if the details are still unclear. A woman may arrive feeling stuck, scattered, restless, tender, or simply ready for something to change.
A quiet inner pull is enough. It does not need to be justified.
This space suits women who value depth, honesty, and mature connection. Women who want to be held without being managed. Women who are tired of rushing themselves, and are ready to listen in a different way.
This retreat is for women willing to arrive without needing to prove what they know or where they have been, and to meet others with humility, honesty, and respect.
Who is this not for?
This retreat is not designed for everyone, and that is intentional.
It may not be a good fit for those seeking constant stimulation, a tightly packed itinerary, or a drop in experience without shared commitment.
It is also not for those looking for quick fixes, dramatic breakthroughs, or externally driven transformation. This space does not exist to impress, entertain, or deliver instant answers.
She Who Remembers is not a step on a spiritual treadmill, nor it is a place to reinforce the ego to feel ahead of others.
If accumulation or validation is what is being sought, this may not be the right space.
If simplicity, sincerity, and depth feel resonant, you may feel quietly at home here.
If something in you has softened as you read this,
if your body feels quieter rather than more excited, if you sense a simple yes without needing to explain why, you are warmly invited.
The way we gather
This retreat is held as a shared, intentional container.
The weekend unfolds as a coherent journey, shaped through movement, rhythm, ceremony, silence, and presence.
Practices are embodied and experiential. Some are guided, others invite organic expression and listening. Movement plays a central role, offering the body a way to speak beyond words.
There is structure and spaciousness. Time to be together, and time to be with yourself. Nothing is rushed.
The intention is not to force insight or outcome, but to create the conditions in which remembering can arise naturally.
This is not a space for public storytelling, content creation, or sharing beyond the group.
The weekend is alcohol and substance free.
Lineage, respect & integrity
The practices woven through this weekend draw from ancient ways of gathering that have existed across many cultures and times.
Some arise from embodied lineages I have been trained in and walked with over many years. Others have been taught and passed down through mentors and teachers whose wisdom I hold with deep respect.
These ways of working are rooted in relationship with the body, rhythm, sound, symbolic practice, and the living intelligence of the land as pathways for listening, remembering, and marking life thresholds.
All practices are offered with humility and care. They are not performed, replicated, or claimed as identities, but held as living traditions that are honoured rather than imitated.
What is shared, witnessed, or experienced within the circle is held with care and discretion.
The Setting & Nourishment

Hi, I am Farah, I hold this retreat because I know what it is to reach a point where something deeper is asking to be acknowledged, not fixed, not improved, simply met.
My work has grown through the body, through rhythm, movement, ritual, and long listening. Some of what I carry comes from my own lineage, some has been passed to me by teachers and elders I deeply respect, and much has been shaped through years of sitting with women at moments of transition.
I am not here to lead you anywhere you are not already touching. My role is to tend the space carefully, to notice what is emerging, and to hold a steady, grounded presence so that each woman can meet herself honestly, in her own way and in her own time.
If something in this feels familiar rather than impressive, that is the place I work from. I’m here. You’re welcome to meet me!
