What is Rhythma?
Rhythma is a holistic, guided movement practice designed to reconnect you with your body's natural rhythm.
Each session weaves in a clear easy to follow practices such as a music led sequence of signature moves, meditation, breath-work, strength & stretch and grounding stillness, a moving ritual inspired by the rhythms of life.
This is not about performance, perfection or choreography. It is about reconnecting to your body, your breath, and the cycles of nature. Each session is an invitation to remember: you are "Rhythma"... a coming home to yourself.
The core pillars of Rhythma
-
Sisterhood as community
-
Movement as ritual
-
Breath as medicine
-
Rhythm of life as compass

She, who dances with the rhythm of life, remembers herself.

Our Ethos
Rhythma is not a religion, a dogma or a set of rules. It does not belong to one tradition, nor is it tied to any belief system. It is pure movement, a return to the natural rhythm of life.
We sometimes draw inspiration from ancient archetypes/goddesses, astrology, the cycles of the moon and sun, the elements and the four directions. These are not practices of worship, but reminders of what our ancestors always knew: that life moves in rhythm, and when we follow it, we feel more connected to ourselves, to each other and to nature.
At its heart, Rhythma is about presence. It is about women moving, breathing and remembering together. It is a space where you are free from labels, free from performance, and free to simply be yourself.
Your Rhythma Journey
Sisterhood
We begin together.
The rhythm always starts in community. When you arrive, you are welcomed into a circle of women, each bringing her own story, her own breath, her own presence. This is a space where comparison falls away and connection takes roots.

Sisterhood is the first rhythm of Rhythma, the heartbeat of women gathering as they always have, to be seen, to be held, to belong. It is a reminder that you do not walk alone. In the sisterhood, every woman is equal, and every story is honoured. This shared beginning is what opens the container and sets the tone for the journey that follows.
🌟 Benefits:
-
Feel less isolated and more supported.
-
Connect with like-minded women who "get it.”
-
Experience a safe space where you can simply be yourself.
-
You leave feeling lighter, more connected, and less alone.
Movement
The body becomes the altar.
Once the breath has opened the gateway, movement begins to rise. But this is not movement for performance or perfection, this is movement as practice. Here, every gesture, every sway, every beat is sacred.

You are guided into rhythmic flow with music, a weaving of body and spirit. You release what is heavy, you awaken what is dormant, you remember what is true. Movement becomes the language of your soul, untamed, honest, alive. As the rhythm builds, you discover that you are not simply dancing. You are offering. You are communing. You are embodying the ancient truth that your body is not separate from the sacred, it is the altar itself.
🌟 Benefits:
-
Improves flexibility, balance, and coordination.
-
Boosts energy and mood (natural endorphins).
-
Releases built-up tension and emotions.
-
Increases body confidence and joy in your own skin.
Breath
You return to your body.
From the circle, you are guided inward. Through conscious breath, you begin to soften, releasing the day, letting go of distraction, arriving fully into your body.Grounding brings you deeper still, as your breath connects you to the earth beneath your feet.

Each inhale is an invitation, each exhale a release. In the stillness that follows, you begin to hear the quieter rhythms: your heartbeat, your inner voice, the whisper of presence. In stillness, you can finally listen to your body, your needs, your inner wisdom.
🌟 Benefits:
-
Calms stress and anxiety.
-
Helps you sleep better and restore balance.
-
Builds focus and presence in daily life.
-
Teaches simple tools you can use anytime you feel overwhelmed.
Rhythm of life
You are guided by the cycles.
Every session is rooted in the wisdom of nature. Just as the cycle of the moon, just as the seasons turn, so too do you move through phases of expansion and release, fire and stillness, flow and grounding.

In Rhythma, the elements become your guides: earth grounds you, water softens you, fire ignites you, air expands you. You remember that your body moves in rhythm with the tides, the winds, the turning of the wheel.
Nature’s compass reminds you that you are not separate, you are part of the greater rhythm of life. In moving with these cycles, you rediscover the harmony between your inner world and the living world around you.
🌟 Benefits:
-
Helps you feel more in tune with natural rhythms
-
Encourages balance between rest, energy and reflection.
-
Builds a deeper sense of belonging in the world around you.
-
Inspires more mindfulness in daily life.

Who is Rhythma for?
A space for every woman who longs
to return to her own rhythm.
Rhythma is for women of all ages and for anyone who identifies as a woman, who feels the call to move, breathe, and reconnect with the natural rhythm of life.
You don’t need experience. You don’t need to know any steps. There’s no pressure to get it right. The movements are guided in simple sequences, so your body remembers them naturally. They flow with the theme of each session and give you space to bring in your own rhythm, your own expression. It’s not choreography to learn, it’s a rhythm to follow and a practice to return to. In summary, Rhythma is for
-
the woman who wants to feel calmer in herself, more grounded in her body, and more open to life.
-
the woman who longs for community and the simple joy of moving together.
-
the woman who wants to return to her breath, to her body, and to her own inner rhythm.
Here, every woman is welcome. Every woman is held and every woman is invited to remember that she already carries the rhythm within her.

I came to Rhythma at a time when I felt a little lost, searching for kindness, joy, and laughter. With Farah’s guidance and the wonderful women in the circle, I found my strength, courage, and joy again. Through dance and meditation, I feel re-energised and free to express myself. Even if you’re already in a happy place, Rhythma offers extra warmth, friendship, and a safe space to simply be you
Dixie
I had never heard of Rhythma before, but my friend recommended it and I was curious to try. I’m so glad I did. It’s hard to describe, a mix of dance and stretching but more holistic. The energy is incredible, and you instantly feel the positive vibes. It’s super special when you come with a friend, but if you come on your own it’s an act of courage that is always rewarded, a warm, welcoming space where friendship quickly follows
Jude
Rhythma is a totally fulfilling practice for both mind and body. Farah weaves wellbeing into every sequence, combining movement with spiritual connection, breath, and moments of reflection. Each class is carefully planned to help you feel good, release stress, and be present in the moment. With new routines, gentle yoga in the cool down, and Farah’s thoughtful guidance, it’s truly a must-try.
