About the Event
Perfect after a long day at work or looking after the kiddos or simply THE opportunity to escape it all and come in the early evening dancing with us. This level is medium impact, it is still suitable for beginners and Z friends who are keen to jump in to dance to keep fit and have fun. Do not worry about the routines, you keep consitant in your attendance and you'll be on your way to successful dance journey. I always encourage you to follow your own level of fitness and what your body can allow you. Make sure you habe NO COVID symptoms before and during your class. Book early as places are limited. x
