3 Ingredients Raw Turmeric & Ginger Boost Shot


Here is a very simple and powerful recipe to boost your immunity. Makes 2 mason jars


I always have cucumber water handy, but you can use plain water.

You would need to fresh ginger and the fresh turmeric root for this recipe, the grounded spice will not work as well.


large fresh ginger, a thumb size

A small turmeric root, check the video for size.

2 garlic

A pint of water

Pepper + cayenne for boosting the metabolism


Wizz the lot in a blender

Sieve the liquid so you can get rid of the pulps

Add a juice of a lemon

and drink this little shots once a day for 14 days or every other day.
