About the Event
Perfect after a long day at work or looking after the kiddos or simply THE opportunity to escape it all and come in the early evening dancing with us. Â This level is medium impact, it is still suitable for beginners and Z friends who are keen to jump in to dance to keep fit and have fun. Â Do not worry about the routines, you keep consitant in your attendance and you'll be on your way to successful dance journey. Â I always encourage you to follow your own level of fitness and what your body can allow you. Â Make sure you habe NO COVID symptoms before and during your class. Â Book early as places are limited. x
